Jeffrey is a Manager based in our Dunedin office.  He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors. He has a passion for Māori Business and holds various governance roles in this area. He was recently awarded the Otago Southland Emerging Director of the Year.

He is an experienced internal auditor with expertise in risk management, compliance and process improvement.    Specific industries that Jeffrey specialises in are Māori Business, Local Government, Health, Education and Not for Profits.

Clients and experience

Jeffrey is a Board Member of the local Māori Business Network Kuma which extends across the Dunedin, Invercargill and Queenstown rohe. He is the treasurer and responsible for risk management, business development and strategy.

He is actively involved with Ngāi Tahu. Jeffrey is an Associate Director on Ngāi Tahu Farming, overseeing the management of $400 million in assets. He is a Board Member on Puketeraki rūnaka and chairs their investment company Pūketeraki Limited. In addition he is a member of the Dunedin City Council (“DCC”) Māori Working Party Committee, ensuring that mana whenua views are considered in decision making.
